• Custom-made and engraved jewelry are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:
